Lake Worth's 100th Birthday!

Lake Worth is turning 100 years old on June 4th, 2013!  To help get the birthday party of our city organized, the NAPC (Neighborhood Association Presidents' Council) is working to define some great ways for residents to get involved in showing their love for this great town.

They have a few ideas on the table, such as a countdown clock that will be posted in our downtown corridor to bring awareness to residents of this momentous event.  They would like to see some type of showcase depicting 100 pieces of art or history.  Each piece will demonstrate something wonderful about Lake Worth -- "100 years, 100 Great Things".  Another idea is to have an event such as a parade that brings to light the cultural diversity our city has so much of.

The NAPC would like your feedback!  If you have a great idea about how we can celebrate our town’s 100th birthday please let them know.
