Anybody, regardless of their age, is welcome at Tropical Ridge
Neighborhood Association (TRNA) meetings, events and activities. Any
person willing to assist the Association positively is also eligible to
sit on an Association committee and may vote within that committee. Any
current resident of property, owner of property, or licensed business
owner over the age of 17 is eligible for membership in the TRNA upon
full payment of annual dues, proof of residency and completion of an
Application for Membership form. Due paying members are eligible to
hold office, vote on Association issues and elections.
There
are two types of Membership, Individual and Business. Individual
Membership dues are $15 per person per year and Business Memberships are
$30 per person per year. Annual dues are collected in June of each
year, or upon joining the TRNA. Those joining the Association between
June 1st and December 31st must pay the full $15/$30 annual dues. Those
joining the Association between January 1st and May 31st must pay
$7.50/$15. Upon payment of dues, and any other stipulations deemed
necessary by the TRNA
bylaws, the applicant will have full membership privileges until
the following June Association meeting.

receipt of the application, a member of the Association’s Board will be
